Data Deletion
You can have your data deleted at any time. We honour deletion requests from businesses using Switchboard and from the people who have messaged a connected Page.
Remove the app on Facebook
In Facebook, go to Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, find Switchboard, and remove it. Facebook tells us automatically, we delete your data, and you are given a confirmation code you can check on this page.
Or just ask us
Email support@aviologistics.com with “Data deletion” in the subject, from the address on your account or telling us the Facebook name you messaged us from. You can also simply say so in the chat.
Disconnect a Page
Removing a Facebook Page from your workspace deletes its stored access token and stops any further messages being collected for that Page.
What we delete
- Your profile details — name, picture and the id Facebook gave us.
- Every message between you and us, and every image you sent, including payment screenshots.
- Your game account usernames and balances held by us.
- Connected Page tokens and settings, where you are a business using the service.
What we have to keep
We must keep records of money that actually moved — deposits, bonuses and cashouts — 6 years, because a UK company is required to keep financial records. These are stripped of anything identifying you beyond what the law requires, and they are not used to contact you.
We also keep the deletion request itself — the code, the date and the fact it was completed. That is the receipt proving we did it, not a copy of your data.
How long it takes
We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, and usually much sooner.
