Privacy Policy
Switchboard is a customer-messaging system operated by Avio Services Ltd. It brings the messages a business receives on its connected Facebook Pages into one inbox so the team can read, reply and automate responses. This policy explains what data we handle and why.
Avio Services Ltd is the data controller.
Registered in England and Wales, company number 16564337.

Who this policy is for
It covers two groups: the businesses that use Switchboard to manage their conversations, and the people who message those businesses on a connected Page.
What we collect
- Your Facebook display name, profile picture, and the page-scoped id Facebook gives us. We never see your Facebook password, your friends, or anything else on your profile.
- The messages you send us and the replies we send you.
- Images you send us, including payment screenshots.
- The usernames of any game accounts we set them up for you, and their point balances.
- Records of your deposits, bonuses, free play, score and cashouts.
- Account data — the name, email and password (stored only as a secure hash) of the people on a team.
- Connected Page data — when a business connects a Facebook Page we store the Page name, its identifier, and an access token, encrypted at rest, that lets us send and receive on that Page’s behalf.
- Usage data — basic technical logs needed to run the service.
What we do not collect
- Card numbers, bank details or payment credentials — payments happen inside Cash App, PayPal or whichever app you chose, never here.
- Your Facebook password.
- Location data, contacts, or anything from your device.
Why we hold it, and our lawful basis
- To answer your messages, set up and support your game accounts, and record deposits, bonuses and cashouts — performance of a contract with you.
- To keep records of payments and to resolve a dispute about money — legitimate interests, and legal obligation for financial records.
- To keep the service secure and working — legitimate interests.
An AI assistant reads these messages
You should know this plainly: the replies you receive are usually written by an AI assistant, not typed by a person. To do that, the content of your messages — including images you send, such as payment screenshots — is sent to our AI provider so a reply can be drafted. A member of our team can read and take over any conversation at any time, and you can ask to speak to a person at any point.
Decisions made automatically
Some decisions in your conversation are made automatically: whether you qualify for free play or a bonus, and what cashout figure you are quoted. These follow fixed published rules rather than a judgement about you as a person.
No money moves without a person approving it. Deposits, point loads and payouts are each checked and approved by a member of our team before they happen. If you disagree with an automatic decision you can ask for a person to review it — say so in the chat, or email support@aviologistics.com.
Meta platform data
We access Facebook data only with the connecting business’s authorisation, and use it solely to provide the features described here, in line with Meta’s Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We do not sell this data, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
Who else handles it
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the providers that run the service for us, under confidentiality obligations and only as far as the service needs:
| Provider | What they do | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Contabo | the servers the system runs on | United States |
| Neon, on Amazon Web Services | the database holding messages and records | United States |
| Meta Platforms | delivers the Facebook messages themselves | United States and Ireland |
| OpenRouter and Anthropic | the AI assistant that reads messages and drafts replies | United States |
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Sending data outside the UK
As the table above shows, our servers and our AI provider are in the United States, so your data is stored and processed outside the United Kingdom. Where we transfer personal data out of the UK we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses, and we keep what is transferred to what the service actually needs.
How long we keep it
| What | How long | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Messages between you and us | 24 months after your last message | so we can answer questions about your account and settle any dispute |
| Images you send us, including payment screenshots | 24 months | they are the proof that a payment happened |
| Game account usernames and balances | while your account is active, then 24 months | so you keep the same account when you come back |
| Deposit, bonus and cashout records | 6 years | financial records a UK company is required to keep |
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to us using it;
- receive your data in a portable form;
- have a person review a decision that was made automatically.
Email support@aviologistics.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the UK regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. You are welcome to raise it with us first, but you do not have to.
Deleting your data
See our Data Deletion instructions, or email support@aviologistics.com. When a Page is disconnected its stored access token is deleted and no further messages are collected for that Page.
Security
Access tokens and other secrets are encrypted at rest. Access is restricted by role, connections use HTTPS, and images you send us are stored on our own servers behind a login rather than left on links that anyone holding the address could open.
Children
This service is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has messaged us, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
We may update this policy. We revise the date at the top when we do.
